COVID-19 Hotel Cleaning Standards
We want you to know that your well-being is our top priority. The Moonlight Beach Motel has always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking additional measures to make our cleaning protocols even more rigorous, ensuring you can feel safe while enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay.
- Prior to your arrival, your room will be thoroughly cleaned. We have increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning. Our housekeeping staff is focusing on all highly touched surfaces such as light switches, remote controls, telephones, doorknobs, sink and shower faucets, etc.
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including our front desk, staircases, door handles, patios, etc.) and have continued the use of high-grade disinfectants.
- For the continued health and safety of our guests and our staff, we are currently erring on the side of caution and are not providing housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights. We are happy to exchange towels, remove the trash, replenish toilet paper, and provide other cleaning services, but are not offering daily service at this time.
